Reduce customer wait times and speed up your check in flow at your store using the AIQ Ecommerce mobile app for on-the-move queue and order management.
The mobile app feature set includes:
- QR code scanner for instant check-in
- View and search for orders
- Filter and sort options
- View order details and check-in
- Ability to change stores
The AIQ Ecommerce mobile app for staff member is called "Dispense App" and it is iOS compatible with iPhones and iPads only.
To log in, use the same credentials that you use for the AIQ Ecommerce Web App.
The app features 2 tabs: Orders and Scanner.
The Orders tab contains all orders for the day you are viewing (defaulted to Today).
Filters, Sort, and Search are accessible via the header.
Filter the Order list by 'Status' and/or 'Order Type'.
Sort the list by 'Status' or 'Time Slot'
You can automatically check in orders by scanning their order QR code or you can manually check in orders by selecting the order from the list and hitting the Check In button.
Tap on the Date picker in the header and select the date you would like to view.
Automatically check in orders by scanning their order QR code via the Scanner tab in the app.
To Log Out, access the menu in the upper left and tap Log Out.
To Change Store, access the menu in the upper left and tap Change Store. You will be presented with a list of stores within your Organization.
