How to Connect AIQ with Meadow

These steps will walk through acquiring an API key from Meadow, and then using the API key as a Data Source within AIQ.

Disconnect your OneDrive integration before connecting another integration to avoid duplicate sales data.

Acquiring a Meadow API Key

  1. As an admin with full permissions, navigate to the secret API key creation page: https://admin.getmeadow.com/settings/api/new
  2. Choose AIQ from the dropdown.
  3. Check the box for Analytics Access.
  4. Click the purple Create button.
  5. Copy your key. Save it for the next step.

Connecting Your Meadow API Key to AIQ

  1. Go to your AIQ dashboard and navigate to Settings -> Data Integrations.
  2. Click Connect on the Meadow card.
  3. Check the box for: Required All users from this source ...
  4. Fill in your store's name for StoreName.
  5. Paste your Meadow API Key into the ClientKey field.
  6. Click Add Credential Set, then click Connect.

All done! Your customers and sales will import and be available within AIQ the next morning.

Meadow Opt-in Queue

Enable automatic opt-in for contacts when they appear in your Meadow waiting room queues.

  1. Go to Settings -> Retail Stores within your AIQ dashboard
  2. Click the  pencil icon for a store to edit it
  3. Scroll down, expand See additional settings
  4. Switch Meadow Opt-in Queue to Yes, then click Save store
