- Request your Biotrack credentials by contacting your Biotrack representative and requesting access to Postgres data tables. There is a fee associated with requesting these credentials which you can discuss with your Biotrack representative.
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations, search for Biotrack and click the green Connect button.
- Enter the credentials you received above and click Add Credentials. You should've received the following from your Biotrack representative:
- Company (This should be unique between all credentials)
- Host
- Port
- Database
- User
- Password
- Scroll to the bottom and check off the box for All users are age compliant with my industry?
- Click Connect and the integration is complete!
- Navigate to Settings -> Company Account > Retail Store
- Click Edit on the store you wish you map
- Under Store Mappings you'll see the Biotrack symbol
- Click on the empty field to the right of the symbol and a dropdown will appear to "map" the key
- Click Save settings and you are done mapping the store. Keep in mind this must be repeated for any additional stores that you add to the account.
Discounts must be created in AIQ first and then mirrored in Biotrack
- My changes in AIQ are not being reflected in Biotrack, help!
- AIQ currently only has a read only integration with Biotrack. That means we can pull data, but we cannot send data.
- How long does it take before I start to see my POS data in AIQ?
- Within 24 hours, you should see data populating in AIQ
- How much data does AIQ pull from Biotrack?
- AIQ pulls transactional data dating back 1 year. Contact your Onboarding Specialist if you'd like to see data past 1 year
- How can I confirm that the integration is active and signups are being sent?
- Look under your Personas page in AIQ. The integration is functioning properly if you see new personas being created.
- I am getting an account notification that I have unmapped stores, how can I fix this?
- Once you see data coming through AIQ, you must "map" the API key to the store(s) to assign a "favorite store" to the customer. See How to Map a Store above for directions on how to accomplish this.
- Are there any additional settings I can enable?
