Adentro is a WiFi-powered marketing platform designed to help physical businesses connect with their in-store customers. Businesses can collect customer data via WiFi. This data is used to build customer profiles, track visit behaviors (such as frequency and duration), and can be used with AIQ to deliver targeted marketing campaigns based on this information.
Supported Features
AIQ's integration with Adentro supports the following features outlined in this grid.
Here is the data we pull from Adentro:
Email or phone
Full Name (First and Last)
Gender
Birthday
Address (including City, State, Country, Zip, Latitude and Longitude)
Segment: Groupings of customers
Groups: Groupings of Locations
Adentro does not have sales data, so we calculate the Favorite Store trait based off of visits instead of sales. Most other location or sales-related traits will not work (e.g. "Purchased from store").
Connection setup
Contact your rep at Adentro to obtain the credentials you need.
Credentials: Required
Enter the following Adentro account information into the AIQ integration card:
Account ID: Your Account ID issued by Adentro
API Key: API key issued by Adentro associated with the Account ID
Group IDs (Optional): list of Adentro groups with which to segment contacts
