Click Install this Template to Your Account, and you'll be taken directly to the Template card.

'Installing' a Template does not activate the campaigns inside it. This is so you have an opportunity to review the campaign and make edits as needed. Additionally, audiences will automatically start segmenting.

Template audiences and campaigns will automatically be added to your account's Audience and Campaign Groups folders.

Brands have dedicated marketing teams that carefully craft audiences and campaigns so be sure to not stray too far from the goal of the message when making edits.

Things to consider when editing a Template

  • The copy - Edit it to fit the voice of your company while keeping in line with the goal of the Template itself.
  • The media assets - Brands carefully select and build imagery to fit the goal of the Template so editing or removing media assets provided by the brand may affect how the message is received by the customer.
  • The scheduling - You have the ability to edit when the campaign is actually published but remember, brands have promotional calendars that these Templates are based on

Any edits to the Template must be approved by the brand that sponsored the Template. After you make an edit, you'll notice the 'Save Campaign' button in the top-right corner changes to 'Request changes' that sends a notification to the brand that edits have been made to the Template that requires approval.
