1. Menu Tech Setup

SEO Menu: Most of our customers use the SEO Menu. This gives you searchable product and menu data.

Basic Menu: Some customers choose this option to get their menu up and running quickly.

2. Integrations

Gather your AIQ Ecommerce Integrations Keys: What's your tech stack? POS, Marketing and loyalty, Delivery, Payments, Analytics, etc.

Order Supported Printers if you do not already have any and get your Printing integrated.

3. Configuration

Configure your Menu

  • Store settings: Store Info, Business Hours, and Time Slots.
    • Branding: Add your Logos, color, icons, etc.
  • Order Settings: Order Status, Order Notifications, Minimum Age, Click-Wrap Terms, Purchase Window, Reply-to Email Address
  • Product Settings: Setup Taxes and Product Categories
  • POS Settings: Setup category mapping from your POS to Ecommerce and decide which fields map over from your POS.
  • Manage Staff: Add employees and their permissions

Configure your In-Store Operations

  • Order Queues: Do you have an express pick-up or designated pick up areas?
  • Mobile App: Scan QR codes using our mobile app to expedite order fulfillment
  • Kiosk: Want to add self-service kiosks to your store? Easy, just copy and paste kiosk URL into your tablet or kiosk, no specific hardware required.

Configure your Marketing

  • AIQ Loyalty Integration: Be sure to enable so customers can utilize loyalty program at checkout.
  • Offers: Follow the link for videos on how to set up deals and discounts for your store.
  • Reviews: Allow customers to leave reviews on your product to boost visibility of unique inventory.
  • Banners: Grab your customers' attention and route them to areas of your menu.
