you can only edit pending orders once an order is confirmed, you may not make any more edits to the order to edit an order navigate to manage > orders select the order that you want to edit scroll down to the items in the order select the 'edit order' link 5\ add/remove products or change quantities 6\ hit the 'done' link 7\ confirm the order
