Customer Password Reset

Reset your password from the main menu or at checkout.

Main Menu

  1. Navigate to the menu
  2. Click "Log In" on the upper right hand corner
  3. Click "Forget Password" and enter in the email associated with the account.
  4. Click "Reset Password
  5. Navigate to your email associated with your account and you should receive a reset your password link.
  6. Click on the reset password link and create a new password and save.

Checkout

  1. While at the checkout screen on the dispensary menu, select "Log In" on the right hand corner.
  2. Complete steps 2-6 above to reset your password.

Reset password links will expire 24 hours after selecting 'Forgot Password.' Please ensure that you reset your password within this time frame. If you exceed the time limit, you can follow the steps mentioned above to try again.
