How to enable

  1. Navigate to Store Settings > Info
  2. Fill out your business hours for each day.

IF set, what changes:

  • If it's outside your set business hours, incoming Chats will reply with an automatic 'Closed' message response via text:
    • "Sorry but our store is not currently open so it may take longer than usual for someone to get back to you."
  • Used for ordering same day/next day. After hours, customers will automatically be able to place an order for tomorrow if next day ordering is enabled.
