After you've collected review data on your products, you can see an overview of the product feedback in Customers > Reviews.
Review data can come from different sources:
- From product reviews submitted by the customer via post-purchase campaign
- Manually uploaded to AIQ via our REST API endpoint

The Reviews page show you aggregated high-level stats and a table with all product reviews. Each product has its own entry in the table, with all associated reviews grouped together.
- Search: Search by product name.
- Filters
- Dates: Search for reviews that were submitted within a time frame.
- Avg Rating: Filter by the average rating for a particular product
- Review Count: Filter by the number of reviews for a particular product
Clicking on a product will show that product's individual data. Here, you can link to the specific customer that gave the review.

- Navigate to Customers > Reviews
- To download all reviews for all products: Click the more (...) menu > Download CSV

- To download reviews for a specific product: Click into that product's details, then click Download CSV button in the left panel.
